The National Visitor Survey is conducted by Museums Aotearoa every year. Through face-to-face interviews, or a take home form, museums across the country are invited to participate. Black Cat Comms managed this project for 3 years, between 2013 and 2015.
After amassing the data and crunching the numbers, we devised an infographic to quickly transmit the story the data told us…things that could be applied across a range of museum types and sizes.
Originally, the infographic was designed to be seen on screen, however the MA board wanted to produce a poster-sized version to deliver to all member museums.
This went out to over 500 museums across New Zealand.
